This project was part of an initiative called bike rack Philly, that engaged local artist to create functional bike rack sculptures. It's not everyday that you invite people to slam their bikes and locks against a sculpture, but that's exactly what this one is designed for. This bike rack is installed on Frankford Ave, just north of Girard.
